In the third trimester, your baby’s growth will speed up as the baby gains weight, and you would need to eat the right food to boost your energy levels. You have to continue to eat healthy, so that your body has all the necessary nutrients for your baby’s growth. The food should be rich in Vitamin K, for your body to heal well after the birth.
