Claim Huggies New Born free sample

  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into Claim Huggies New Born free sample is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. Sampling commences at 00:01 India time on 12th Jan 2009. Entries close at 23:59 India time on 31st March 2009.
  3. Entry is only open to current members of a Huggies Club. Persons under the age of 13, and Employees (and their immediate families) of Kimberly Clark India, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
  4. For the sample, eligible entrants must:
    • Click on the link in the email (www.huggies.co.in);
    • Sign in on the Huggies website;
    • Press enter to enter the Promotion.
  5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Kimberly Clark India. Records of the promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

    All  valid entries will be entitled to a Huggies Ultra sample pack of 4 diapers.

  6. The entries will receive the sample within three months of the date of entry on www.huggies.co.in  
  7. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
  9. The Promoter  and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected samples.
  10. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
  11. The Promoter has no control over internet networks or lines including bugs/viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
  12. The entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes.
  13. Promoter will not be responsible if the winner is unavailable at the address despite reasonable attempts being made to reach him/her at the address available
  14. Offer only for first 12,000 entries.
  15. One consumer will be entitled to one sample pack.
  16. The Promoter is Kimberly-Clark India.
  17. All disputes shall be governed under Mumbai jurisdictions.
