Asian paints Win free wall theme for your kids room

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win Asian paints kids theme painting is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 00:01 India time on 10th October 2008. Entries close at 23:59 India time on 31st August 2009.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahemdabad, Baroda, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Cochin, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata who are current members of a Huggies Club. Persons under the age of 13, and Employees (and their immediate families) of Kimberly Clark India, Asian Paints, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   • go to the Huggies website (www.huggies.co.in);
   • follow the link to the Promotion;
   • type in your email address and complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) including indicating their consent to receive future Huggies Club Communications & communication from Asian paints; and;
   • Press enter to enter the Promotion.
5. Entrants can receive 2 bonus entries for referring the valid email address of a friend. 2 bonus entries will be awarded per unique valid email address up to a maximum of 20 bonus entries during the promotional period.
6. Entrants must consent to receiving future emails and marketing communications from the promoter & Asian paints to be able to enter the Promotion. Entrants must indicate their consent before they will be able to submit their entry into the Promotion.
7. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Kimberly Clark India. Records of the promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8. Entrants may enter the Promotion on more than one occasion, but each entry must be completed on a separate on-line entry form (with all information entered correctly) and each entrant is not permitted to submit more than one entry per week.
9. Each month there will be a draw for the Promotion. All draws will take place at Kimberly-Clark, 323 32nd-33rd Floor United Center Building Silom Road Bangkok, Thailand at 16:00 Bangkok time. All valid entries received between:
   • 00:01 India time on 10th October 2008 and 23:59 India time on 31st August 2009 will be placed in a draw to take place on 4th of every month.

   1 valid entry drawn per month will win an Asian Paints Kids Theme free painted by Asian Paints Home Solutions. Total value of the prize for each draw is upto MRP Rs 8000/- inclusive of tax. Of the same theme painting is worth Rs5281/- and Rs.2719/- will be paid towards taxes

   1 valid entry drawn on 4th February 2009 will win a complete home painting worth Rs 50000/- (Tax Inclusive) through Home solutions. Of the prize amount, Rs33005/- will be towards the painting costs and Rs16995/- will be towards taxes.

10. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of printing. The promoter & Asian paints accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The price is non transferable and non en-cashable,
    • The winners will be notified by e-mail, and the name of the winner of each draw will be displayed on www.huggies.co.in.
11. The winner will have to get the theme/ house painted within three months of the date of announcement of the results on www.huggies.co.in
12. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
14. The Promoter, Asian paints and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
16. The Promoter has no control over internet networks or lines including bugs/viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
17. The entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes.
18. Asian Paints Limited will not be responsible if the winner is unavailable at the address despite reasonable attempts being made to reach him/her at the address available
19. In the event the winner fails to avail the offer within the stipulated period of three months, the offer will automatically lapse and the winner will not become entitled to claim the offer after the said stipulated period
20. Promoter& Asian paints will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
